Paying your invoice or account

Payments for all accounts and invoices are accepted by the following means:

• Direct deposit
• Cash (Trade counter sales and payments only),
• Cheque, or
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard only) - no service fees apply

Direct deposit

For payments by direct deposit, please refer to the account details which are provided on the bottom of your invoice or statement, or in the customer welcome packet sent to you when your account was opened.

If paying by direct deposit, we kindly ask that itemised remittance advices are promptly sent to us once payment is made. These can either be emailled, faxed or posted to our offices. Again, details of where to send your remittance advices is included on the bottom of all our invoices and statements.

Electronic invoicing and statements

To assist our customers in providing prompt payment, Apollo bearings can ensure all invoices and statements are sent to you, your accounts department, or bookkeeper by email.

If you'd like to receive invoices and statements by email and haven't already opted into this service, please contact our office to arrange this.

Mandatory purchase orders for your account

Due to the nature of our accounting system, we cannot ensure that your staff provide purchase orders for all invoices if required by your accounts department.

If you do require purchase orders on all invoices, please inform our sales team of this.

We will endeavour to ensure purchase orders are received and recorded for all invoices, however this service is provided entirely on a best efforts basis.

Per our Terms and conditions of sale, the failure to include a purchase order reference on invoices received from Apollo is not considered a valid reason to deny payment.

Overdue accounts

We know that from time to time, cashflow for small businesses can be tight. If at any time you know you might not be able to pay your account with us on time, please don't hesitate to contact our offices so an appropriate arrangement can be considered.

Per our Terms and conditions of sale, if your account falls into arrears then we reserve the right to withhold further deliveries until your account is brought into order.
